We are locally owned and operated. Your home or business will be cleaned by someone born and raised in Richmond, Virginia with a vested interest in this community.
Do I need to be at home for every scheduled service?
Only if you want to be. We are happy to provide cleaning service when you are away from your home or office as long as we are provided with a spare key or garage code.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment or supplies?
No! We will arrive with all of the cleaning materials needed and will take them with us when we leave. If you have cleaning product preferences, we are happy to discuss them with you.
What if I need to reschedule?
Sometimes life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We only ask that you call and let us know as soon as possible.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of service. Most clients choose to leave cash or a check on the counter, but we are happy to accept credit card payments as well. Please ask for our credit card payment details if needed.
